About the role

* The Partnership Specialist serves to advance the mission and partnership model of the CCO by cultivating a diverse network of potential church, university and community partners moving them from interest, through discernment, to partnership commitment.

* This is a full-time position (40 hours weekly).

* This is an operations/support position.

Purpose of the position:

* This position contributes directly to CCO's national growth by strategically developing new partnerships and contexts for CCO campus ministry expanding CCO ministry in new geographic regions as well as a growing number of campuses.

Qualifications/Requirements

* Education: Bachelor degree required

* Experience: 3 - 5 years of ministry experience

Job Description:

* Advance CCO's Ministry Presence: Cultivate a growing number of potential church, university and community partner contacts through point of entry events, denominational gatherings, cultivating new leads and networks.

* Partnership Development: Move potential partners from interest to official partnerships that become a new CCO Ministry Context including churchand community engagement as well as CCO's engagement on a university campus.

CCO positions use a shared funding model. CCO contributes a portion towards salary and total employment costs and CCO staff people are responsible to raise support for the remainder. This amount varies based on position and education & experience of staff.
