Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide customer assistance and technician support in identifying, ordering, requisitioning, picking, and invoicing parts and accessories in the dealership parts department.
• Work under the direction and supervision of the Parts and Service Managers.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with the Parts Manager, Parts associates, Service Manager, Service department team members, support staff, customers, manufacturers, vendors, and the public.
• Perform duties primarily at the dealership parts counter and in a warehouse, with occasional exposure to a truck dealership garage environment.
