Parts Clerk - Raybern Foods : Job Details

Title: Parts Room Clerk Reports To: Parts Room MRO BuyerDepartment: MaintenanceMaintenance Clerk Duties:

Issue parts in Tabware (Computerized Maintenance Management System) used the previous day and send report with re-order list to supervisor and maintenance manager.

Perform daily cycle count of storeroom parts.

Receive incoming UPS and Fed-Ex stock deliveries into Tabware and put away parts not being used for immediate repair or project use.

Update PO status spreadsheet as orders come in.

Send e-mail near end of day detailing orders received for that day to supervisor and maintenance manager.

Prepare and send end of week inventory variance report with information from cycle count sheets.

Schedule and print from Tabware PM's for the week.

Scan any completed PM's and save to related equipment folder on network drive.

Update PM's completed spreadsheets on network drive.

Assist techs with finding parts when needed.

Assist buyer when needed with getting quotes from vendors for parts.

When needed, create PO's in Tabware for stock orders to be received against and create PO's in Sage software to send to vendors.

Maintain parts room organized, clean and orderly.

Additional Responsibilities: 1. Employee must adhere to good safety practices, food safety policies, general company rules, regulations, and policies. 2. Employee may also be required to perform various other tasks as assigned by Supervisor. 3. Employee must be able to perform the following tasks for periods of up to 8 hours. This May include but is not limited to:

Standing

Stooping

Walking

Climbing

Lifting

4. Must be able to lift up 75-100lbs with assistance. 5. Must be able to accept written and verbal direction from supervisor. 6. Employee must be able to maintain prompt and regular job attendance. Education and Experience: 1 High School Diploma or GED. 2. Employee must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English well. 3. Ability to communicate effectively with company employees and all levels of management. 4. Familiar with the production line conveyor equipment, machinery, rolling stock equipment, and various light and heavy machinery.
