Parts Clerk/Management Trainee - Morrison Industries : Job Details

Morrison Industrial Equipment is looking for a Full Time Parts Clerk at our South Bend location, located at 2505 North Foundation Drive. Candidates must also be willing to work out of our Elkhart branch, located at 2988 Paul Drive. This position would require a valid, good-standing driver's license. As well as pre-employment drug screen, physical exam, and background check for any position within the company. This team member works Monday-Friday, first shift hours, and works 40 hours a week with the opportunity for overtime Our Parts Ordering Clerks Typically:

• Organized

• Enjoy Customer Service and have Strong Customer Relation Skills
• Posses Clear and Concise Written and Verbal Language Skills
• Have a basic understanding of Mechanics and Parts
• Pass a Drug Screen, Physical, and a Background Check
• Desire to Learn
• Manage Tasks to Completion
• Excellent Computer Skills with an emphasis on Office 365 and Excel
• Enjoy working independently, but can collaborate within a Team

Essential Functions:

• Looking up and Ordering Parts
• Receiving and Processing Parts
• Working with Customers to fulfil Orders
• Reviewing and Approving Work Orders
• Assisting with Customers' Quotes
• Respond to Phone Calls and Email Management
• Vendor Communication
• Any Other Administrative Tasks that go with Inventory Management
• Any Other Duties as Assigned
