Job Overview:
Our Parts Counter Representative will assist callers with solutions for their trucking needs. With opportunities from entry-level to experienced, this role is designed for a motivated and career-minded individual who wants the potential to earn more with the increase of knowledge and responsibility.
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 (Based on Experience)
Shift: 3:30 am - Midnight (Monday - Friday)
Shift Premium: Any work performed/hours worked Monday - Friday, 5:00 p.m. - 5:59 a.m. and/or any hours worked on weekends (Saturday/Sunday) will be paid a shift differential of 15% of your base wage.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service for our retail parts business.
* Greet customers and assist in parts selection.
* Answer questions, provide price quotes, inform of companion part requirements and specials over the phone.
* Keep customers informed on the status of special orders and back-order parts.
* Receive, locate, bill, and fulfill orders.
* Handle customer returns.
* Deliver exceptional customer service to our Service department.
* Locate and secure parts from various vendors for shop jobs.
* Help control and maintain inventory.
