PA - International Medical Placement : Job Details

Seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assitant to join an Otolaryngology practice •Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history review and physical exams, focusing on ENT-related concerns. •Diagnose and manage a variety of conditions related to the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck, such as infections, allergies, hearing loss, tinnitus, voice disorders, sinus problems, and more. •Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests, including audiometry, CT scans, MRIs, and lab work, as needed for ENT conditions. •Assist in the management and treatment of patients undergoing ENT procedures, including pre- and post-operative care. •Prescribe medications and recommend non-pharmacological therapies, such as lifestyle modifications or referrals to specialists (e.g., audiologists, speech therapists). •Perform minor ENT procedures, such as ear wax removal, nasal endoscopies, and management of epistaxis (nosebleeds). •Educate patients and families on disease management, prevention strategies, and treatment options. •Collaborate closely with ENT surgeons and other healthcare providers to create and implement comprehensive care plans. •Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR), ensuring adherence to best practices and regulations. •Participate in professional development and continuing education activities to stay current with advancements in ENT care. •Fixed Base Salary •Medical (PPO & HRA), Dental, Vision •Short Term & Long-Term Disability •Life Insurance •Telehealth •Health Coaching •Flex Spending Account •457b Deferred Compensation Plan •Financial Wellness Services •PTO + Federal Holidays •Continuing Medical Education •Medical Malpractice •PSLF Qualified Required: Master's degree from an accredited NP or PA program, Certification or Board Eligibility as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology NP or certification as a PA-C. Experience in Otolaryngology (ENT) is preferred, but candidates with relevant experience in primary care or internal medicine are encouraged to apply.
