Aufgaben The mission of the Mercedes-Benz Manhattan Parts Consultant Wholesale Retail is to be responsible for fulfillment of parts requests for all retail and wholesale customersThe Parts Consultant Wholesale Retail must provide a consistently outstanding brand and customer experience through consistently excellent preparation, attitude, and teamwork

• Place orders for parts for retail and wholesale requests.
• Send tickets to parts pickers.
• Develop business by drawing in new customers on the retail side.
• Notify retail customers when ordered parts come in.
• Greet counter customers promptly and courteously.
• Answer telephones promptly and courteously.
• Provide price quotes and other information.
• Recommend related parts while customer is at counter as appropriate.
• Promote additional parts sales by suggesting seasonal lines and special offers.
• Conduct regular telephone solicitation on assigned wholesale accounts.
• Initiate credit applications for new accounts and check credit requests versus status lists.
• Deliver correct part to customer at counter or arrange for delivery / shipment of parts as required.
• Prepare and cost out parts invoices, properly identifying eligible wholesale customers.
• If part is not in stock, determine availability and submit an emergency
• order if requested by the customer.
• Maintain a customer back-order file and advise customer on receipt of
• back-ordered parts.
• Develop a strong relationship with all customers through excellent communications.
• Check invoices against stock received as instructed by
• Wholesale/Retail Parts Supervisor.
• Manage and maintain Lifestyle Collection Boutique.
• Maintain a clean safe work area.
• Able to commute into and out of Manhattan/ New York city on a daily basis.

Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour. There is a commission pay plan as well for this position Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma (GED) or equivalent work experience.
• 2 years of Parts Consultant Wholesale Retail experience
• Must be knowledgeable on ADP, Netstar and EPC.
• Must be able to work Saturdays.
• Work Holidays when required.
• Must be articulate, enthusiastic, and a self-motivated team player and
• maintain a positive attitude.
• Must have superior communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Has can do attitude and shows results-orientation, gives his/her
• personal best.
• Able to withstand the physical demands of the position.
