Responsibilities

• Ensure that customers and Technicians receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
• Provides technicians with necessary parts with minimal wait time; uses parts pre-picking when applicable.
• Recommends related parts that are needed.
• Provides customer a time estimate for obtaining part(s).
• Costs parts on invoice or repair order.
• Maintains positive working relationships with customers and employees.
