This person emphasizes meticulous inspection processes and procedures. This person also establishes the scheduling and commitment of this department with the Quality Engineer. This person takes possession of the parts for inspection and preparation and distributes them appropriately to his team for processing. This person is the person to whom the prep and inspection team reports to with questions and for clarification. When defects or flaws are detected, the Lead will confer with the Quality Engineer on further course of action.
