About Us:In 2017, Brad Hubler purchased the Honda franchise in Columbus. Over the last 7 years, we have assembled a team that has turned it into a very customer-centric establishment, achieving excellent customer satisfaction and a high employee retention rate. Responsibilities:

• Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
• Manage Parts Inventory daily
• Manage Parts Dept Employees & delivery service
• Interview and make new hires within the Parts Dept
• Prioritize urgent parts
• Ensure customers have a positive dealership experience
• Spend quality time building relationships with direct parts customers & wholesale accounts
