ALL IN ONE Employment Services #1 Staff Recruitment in Permanent Placement is looking for a Parts Purchasing Specialist. This role involves performing buying duties of parts and supplies at the most favorable price consistent with quality, quantity, delivery, and other factors per specifications for the manufacturing of Generator parts. Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:

  • Purchase assigned parts and supplies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and plan purchases to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Perform analysis of supply and demand, lead time, price, supplier performance, and sales forecast to determine appropriate source.
  • Place purchase orders to ensure product flow.
  • Manage projects as assigned by the manager, working with peers in other departments.
    • Specific Job Skills:
  • Excellent PC Skills.
  • Experience in Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to effectively negotiate.
