Job DescriptionJob DescriptionObjective:To ensure collecting and delivering parts, components, and materials from our vendors to our sites.Essential functions / duties:Excellent communication and organizational skills.Valid driving license.Work both independently and as part of a team. Expected to keep up to date records of all parts collected and delivered and to provide excellent customer service.Accurately maintain computerized system for receiving hardware and materials. Work a flexible schedule and have a good eye for detail. Expected to be able to always work safely and comply with all health and safety regulations.Always interface with vendor and team members on a professional basis.Responsible for any damaged or missing parts and able to provide support as required.Assist with loading and unloading of parts.Maintain accurate records of parts delivered and received.Complete paperwork related to parts/material deliveries.Educational / Work Experience:High School degreeSkills/Abilities:Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Good communication and interpersonal skills with peers and management.Good writing skills and proficient in typing.Manage multiple tasks.Exhibit the ability to meet deadlines.Team orientedDependableClimatic/Environmental Conditions at Job Site:Predominately outdoor climateMay be exposed to extreme hot or cold weather.Excessive humidity, rain, etc.Various noise levels caused by tools, machinery, equipment, etc.
