More information about us can be found below or on our website at www.hugghall.com.ABOUT THE POSITIONThe Parts Assistant- Warehouse/Shipping functions as part of the Parts Team and are responsible for unloading, loading, verifying, storing shipments and backing up other parts roles.In this role you will:
- Process Products Received through unloading and inspecting products in comparison to shipping documents and updating the inventory system
- Process Outbound Orders by packing orders for shipment and determining shipment method
- Make Daily Pickup and Delivery Runs for customers and branch needs
- Maintain the Warehouse - cleaning and straightening parts bins and keeping warehouse orderly and neat
- Back Up for Parts Personnel to include filling in for Parts Sales staff

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 21 years of age with clean driving record
- Ability to be forklift certified
- Above average communication skills
- Ability to read
- High School diploma or equivalent

RELATED EXPERIENCE MAY INCLUDE: Warehouse Associate, Shipping/Receiving Clerk, Parts DeliveryPHYSICAL DEMANDS/ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONSThis position will be working indoors and outdoors in the movement of parts freight. The employee will encounter varying weather conditions and temperatures. This position may be required to drive to various customer/vendor locations. Normal auto hazards will apply.Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Occasionally may be required to lift items weighing up to 100 pounds.
