Job Description :

Position Title: Parts Specialist Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Identify and determine customers' needs for parts through effective communication.
Provide accurate information regarding availability, pricing, and specifications of parts.
Utilize parts catalogs, manuals, and computerized inventory systems to locate and identify parts.
Order parts from suppliers and manufacturers as required, ensuring timely delivery.
Ensure that parts are correctly labeled, organized, and stored.
Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demands.
Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations.
Manage and process returns, warranties, and defective parts according to company policies.
Promote and sell parts to meet or exceed sales targets.
Assist in merchandising and displaying parts in the store.
Participate in promotional events and activities to increase sales.
Provide technical assistance and support to customers regarding the installation and use of parts.
Stay updated with the latest product knowledge and industry trends.
Maintain accurate records of sales, orders, and inventory.
Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payment transactions.
Assist in preparing reports and documentation as required by the Parts Manager.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a parts department, preferably in an agricultural or automotive environment.
Strong knowledge of agricultural equipment and parts.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Proficient in using computerized inventory systems and parts catalogs.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
