Parts Specialist - SunEnergy1 : Job Details

SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:

The Parts Specialist, under the direction of the Shop Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (to include, but not limited to):

Assist shop manager in the daily operations of private light and medium duty repair shop.

Keep the parts department clean and orderly.

Track inventory levels

Weekly inventory counts

Knowledge and ability to research parts and be cost consensus.

Ability to build relationships with vendors

Support the shop in miscellaneous tasks and errands

Requirements (to include, but not limited to):

Mechanical aptitude of parts knowledge.

Strong verbal and writing abilities

Strong experience in Microsoft Office

Demonstrated ability to work independently and with a team with attention to detail and organizational abilities

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including tact and diplomacy

Ability to maintain an established work schedule

Ability to interact and communicate effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures

Effective organization and planning skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Ability to safely drive a company vehicle on occasion

Ability to have full use of hands, fingers, legs, back, etc.

Ability to lift 50lbs on a regular basis

Education / Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent (required)

Prior experience preferred

Ability to take direction from leadership.

Valid Driver's License Required with a clean driving record.
