Parts Warehouse Coordinator - Kearny Mesa Ford/KiaNon-Exempt Job Summary:The Parts Warehouse Coordinator organizes, distributes, and controls the flow of parts to the various areas of the parts department. The candidate must be professional with the ability to ensure that parts distributed are timely and correct. The Parts Warehouse Coordinator will also ensure that overall operations within the warehouse are kept efficient and uniform.Essential Functions: - Efficiently pulls parts as needed by customer invoice (pick ticket), places parts in correct delivery location and prints invoice, as needed- Helps organize all parts orders and pulled orders for delivery drivers- Assists other dealer drivers by verifying parts and invoices for dealer will call- Assists with putting stock away, both from stock orders and customer returns- Alerts management of areas of concern such as damaged parts, incorrectly located parts- Excellent communication and customer service within the organization, including sales, staff, and teamwork with other warehouse employees and delivery drivers is a must- Must keep warehouse clean and organized in order to deliver prompt service- Other duties may be assigned as neededQualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
- Ability to perform all essential functions of the job description
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous automotive or parts experience
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills with all areas of the organization
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to keep the space clean and organized so that accurate and prompt delivery is achieved

- Regularly stands, walks, sits; uses hands; reaches with hands and arms; talks and hears. Occasionally climbs or balances; stoops, kneels, crouches, or crawls; lifts up to 15 pounds
