Summary

JOB SUMMARY: Promotes successful operations while enhancing the customer experience by engaging in activities that support Patient Access. The Patient Access Associate II is responsible for interviewing patients and patient representatives to perform complete, timely and accurate registrations in support of the Revenue Cycle. In addition to basic registration competencies for Outpatient and Emergency registration this position is cross-trained in the area of bed control. This position denotes a seasoned registrar by maintaining all required knowledge to facilitate accurate results. REQUIREMENTS: Entry level knowledge; basic employment skills; High School diploma, GED equivalent or High School certificate. 1-3 years of experience.
