This is an in-person position located at 15 Old Rollinsford Rd, Dover, NH. The ideal schedule is Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:30am-5pm and Tuesday, Thursday: 9:30am-6:00pm.The Patient Access Representative will be responsible for managing both in and outbound calls as well as scheduling and registration functions for patients of the Wentworth Douglass Health Systems (WDHS). The individual is typically the first point of contact for patients entering WDHS. They will specialize in providing exceptional customer service with both internal and external customers, creating new patient medical records, verifying insurance eligibility, collecting demographic information and offering applicable documents. The Patient Access Rep. must be able to hold in-depth financial conversations with patients in order to provide cost transparency and improve financial success of the organization.Qualifications:QualificationsWhether you are seeking to gain more experience in the healthcare industry or a proven healthcare professional seeking a new challenge, the Patient Access Representative role is the opportunity for you.
