Patient Access Representative - Hospital - Weekender - UW Health : Job Details

Work Schedule: This is a part time, 0.6 FTE positions. Shifts will be scheduled Saturday and Sunday 7:00 am - 7:00 pm. You will work at East Madison Hospital in Madison, WI. • Enter and verify demographic and insurance information, identify and collect patient financial obligations, and registers or admits the patient.
• Promote a positive patient and family experience, exhibit empathy, engage in compassionate collections, and demonstrate strong communication skills. Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required
  • Associate's Degree in Business, Finance. Health Information Management or related field Preferred Work Experience
    • 1 year of experience in a customer service-related field Required
