Patient Access Representative (Radiology)We are currently hiring for two different late shifts - this role requires you to work one of the following timeframes daily, Monday - Friday: 3pm - 11:30pm or 1pm - 10pm CSTThe Call Center representative is responsible for providing information both verbally and in writing that is accurate and professional to hospitals, clinics, physicians, technologists and staff in a 24/7/365 environment.Representative must be computer literate with the ability to multitask and learn multiple software applications.Answer phones to provide support to client facilities, technologists and physiciansAble to make sound decisions with available factsAct as a liaison between physicians, hospitals, clinics and IT supportProvide excellent customer service, document/address issues in a timely/professional mannerAssist with the proper initiation of IR physician and case dispatchingMonitor email and messaging systems and respond appropriately when neededOn the job training providedQualifications:High school graduate or GED equivalentExperience working in a Healthcare environment is preferredMedical terminologyCall Center experience a plusAttention to detailExcellent communication skills requiredOutstanding listening and problem-solving abilitiesMust have above average problem resolution and follow-up skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and function as a TEAM PlayerMust be able to type a minimum of 30 WPMMust be able to multi-task under stressElectronic medical records (EMR) experience a plusExcellent phone etiquette
