Medix is currently hiring for full time Patient Access Representatives. This is an onsite role located in Waterloo, IA. Responsibilities:
- Greeting patients
- Collecting payment
- Verifying patient insurance and demographic information
- Obtaining signatures
- Customer service
- Working in a fast paced environment
Schedule: Monday-Friday with rotating weekends (3pm-11:30pm OR 11pm-7:30am) Requirements:
- Strong customer service experience
- Passionate about Healthcare
- High School diploma or similar
