Patient Access Representative, Part-Time - Ellsworth County Medical Center : Job Details

Ellsworth County Medical Center is looking for a part-time PatientAccess Representative to join our team. Schedule: Part-Time, 2-3 days per week, 8am-5pm Duties & Responsibilities: The role of the Patient AccessRepresentative is to interview patient and/or their representative to obtaindemographic and financial information. Identify available payer sources andrecord information required for registration. Review and assist patients tocomplete all required documentation for completeness and appropriatesignatures. Verify insurance information and eligibility. Collect co-payments,deposits, and deductibles. Answer phones, schedule appointments, transfer callsappropriately, compose messages, and provide general information.
