You will provide general information to hospital users, patients, and families, ensures that patients meet financial requirements or assist in payment plan, provide excellent patient focused customer service, communicate effectively to service delivery areas to maximize patient flow and customer service.Supervisory Responsibilities:N/ADuties/Responsibilities:Customer Service/Information DeskUp-Front Collections/CashierEmergency Department RegistrationOutpatient RegistrationOutpatient Surgery and Special ProcedureInpatient & Observation RegistrationInsurance VerificationOther duties as assigned by supervisor or team lead.Nothing in this job description restricts MH ability to assign, reassign or eliminate duties and responsibilities of this job at any time.
