This position will work supporting our Competitive billion DOD Healthcare Management System Modernization (DHMSM) program, providing the modernization of Electronic Health Record (EHR) capabilities for the Department of Defense. Leidos, along with core partners Cerner, Accenture, and Henry Schein One, will support the DHMSM Program Executive Office (PEO) and the Defense Health Agency in the global deployment and sustainment of our EHR system that will deliver improved system capability to the DoD whenever and wherever healthcare is required. Our solutions will improve the quality of healthcare for some 10 million military personnel and their families.Primary Responsibilities:Participate in the development and implementation of innovative solutions for optimizing revenue cycle processes, enhancing operational efficiency and revenue recovery across DOD enterprise.Provide patient accounting business operations input into new capability designProvide patient accounting input into workflow optimizationPerform technical and business-related research to support the design, workflows, and processes to support changes to the patient accounting applications of MHS GENESISCollaborate with team to design fully integrated clinical and revenue cycle workflows to support clinically driven revenue cycleSupport the development of engineering presentations for patient accountingPresent and facilitate patient accounting discussions with the customerSupport design and testing activitiesSupport review and recommended updates to patient accounting training contentCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, managing the product roadmap to ensure on-time, within-budget product delivery.Develop product initiatives focused on aligning with project performance and value statement/goals.Engage with stakeholders and leadership to define technical and business priorities, driving solutions that meet customer needs and government compliance requirements.Communicate findings of contracts and vendor management process improvement initiatives, as well as process improvement recommendations, to the government, as well as program leadershipQualifications:US Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain an ADP IT-II Public Trust Clearance based on the minimum of a Tier 3 investigation. Federal Government requirement.Deep Oracle Health (Cerner) patient accounting Application experienceStrong communication skills with ability to present to Senior Leadership positionsPrevious hospital patient accounting experience including experience with CDM maintenance, Suspended Charges, Denials Management, and Edit Failure resolutionExpertise in workflow designExpertise in facilitation of design sessionsPrevious experience with RevSpring, SSI and Alpha IIBS degree and required years of prior relevant experience listed in table below or Masters with 2-6 years of prior relevant experienceNetVision Resources, Inc.
