Experience in Nursing or Patient Advocate may be acceptable in lieu of an advanced degree.EXPERIENCEPreferred: 2 years' experience in Nursing Required: service related position (healthcare, Psychology, Social Services, Education Counseling and/or Customer Service) required, including experience in drafting correspondence to patients or customers. Experience utilizing MS word and in the regular use of email as a means of business communication required. Excel and PowerPoint proficiency preferred.
