Job Summary: We are offering a $5,000 sign on bonus for the Patient Care Assistant position. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support preferred. Responsibilities:

• Provide general patient care to meet physical and psychosocial needs
• Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Communicate observed changes in patient status to the nursing team
• Collect, report, and assist in the documentation of patient data
• Ensure patient safety and promote positive outcomes
• Remain flexible and organized in stressful situations
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support unit efficiency
• Transport patients safely to other departments as necessary
• Perform oriented duties related to patient care and procedures
