Overview:
Oversees, plans, manages, implements, and/or evaluates the operations of a division or department in the areas of human resources, compliance, financial, and additional support services. Identifies and establishes financial and operational systems to monitor, control, and improve efficiency and effectiveness, not limited to, processes, procedures and policies.
Responsibilities:
- Experienced individual contributor that executes tasks that are typically routine, and follows routine processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.
- Ensures that all related patient appointments for an episode of care are secured in a timely manner and coordinated for patient convenience.
- Works with patients and families to answer questions, provide emotional support and resolve issues concerning the administrative coordination of their care.
- Develops and coordinates a system which organizes the flow of patients from initial appointment through completion of their care experience.
- Collaborates with nursing and physician teams to ensure appropriate appointments are secured in a timely manner.
- Demonstrates the organization's mission, vision, and core values of improving health and promoting well-being.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills.
- Basic CPR Upon Hire Required
- CRTT required - must have completed an accredited University or Vocational School CRTT/RRT Program. Minimum of three years CRTT experience. Must be licensed in the state or states of employment.
