Position Objectives

  • Serve as a key touchpoint for patients, ensuring they feel valued and understood throughout their visits
  • Exhibit professionalism and empathy, building patient trust through expert handling of inquiries and scheduling needs
  • Drive operational efficiency by ensuring smooth and timely check-in and check-out processes
  • Act as a liaison between patients and clinical teams, offering compassionate support and directing concerns to appropriate channels
  • Maintain composure in dynamic situations, demonstrating a solutions-oriented mindset in addressing issues.
  • Uphold our organizational values when making decisions related to patient care, balancing empathy with operational effectiveness

Education and Experience

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer service, hospitality or healthcare administration
  • Prior experience in a medical or clinical office setting preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field preferred, not required
