Patient Care Specialist - Albany - Hire Health : Job Details

Overview Join our growing Amerimed Mobile Integrated Healthcare team in this exciting industry! Growing home-based medical practice searching for professional, self-motivated Patient Care Specialists to assist the Advanced Practice Provider in seeing patients in home-based settings throughout the greater Albany, Ga area. Full Time Schedule - 8 hour days M-F Applicants are required to have the following:

• Current CPR card
• Current Drivers License
• Clean Driving Record
• (Preferred) Current certification as Medical Assistant

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Performing patient care duties
• Documenting patient care encounters
• Assisting the APP in performing lab tests, blood draws, wound care, and other procedures.
• Applicants must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.,
• Be able to drive/ride in a company owned car for long distances, and physically meet the demands of the job.
• May require some office/administration duties as well. EMR experience a plus.

Pay will be based upon experience.
