- Perform basic care skills under the direct supervision of the licensed nurse including vital signs, intake/output measurement, catheter care, CPR, restraint management, bowel and bladder training and documentation of care in the patient record.
- Responsible for assisting the licensed nurse in meeting the patients' needs in the areas of personal hygiene, personal care, skin care, grooming, rest, activity, nourishment, body mechanics, elimination, and psychosocial support.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Certification (Certified Nursing Assistant for State of Missouri) (preferred)
- Current BLS - Required upon hire
- 1 year healthcare experience (hospital-level experience preferred)
- Must be organized, a team player and detail-oriented
