Job Summary: Patient Care Technician required to assist in direct patient care activities, enhancing and ensuring patient and family centered care and satisfaction. This position serves as a member of a multidisciplinary care team to assist in direct patient care activities taking into account specific needs as related to patient's age and culture. The position requires the ability to perform various clinical activities, from simple to complex with accuracy and efficiency under the guidance and direction of the Registered Nurse. All care is provided in compliance with and according to department policy and procedure and according to our Standards of Care.
