Join our team as a Patient Care Technician and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a crucial role in delivering direct patient care under the guidance of a licensed nurse.Responsibilities:Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting licensed nurses with pre and post-dialysis patient assessments and documentation.
• Monitoring and documenting dialysis treatment parameters on Dialysis Flow Sheets.
• Reporting any significant information or changes in patient condition to the supervisor.
• Assisting with emergency operational procedures and initiating basic CPR measures in case of cardiac or pulmonary arrest.
• Responding effectively to emergency situations related to dialysis treatment.

Qualifications:

• Previous patient care experience in a hospital setting or related facility is preferred but not required.
• Successful completion of a training course in the theory and practice of hemodialysis is mandatory.
• Current CPR Certification is essential.
• High school degree or G.E.D. is required.
• Education in physical sciences and/or training in laboratory techniques is a plus.
