Work Type: OnsiteAbout the Role:As a Patient Care Technician (PCT), you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care to individuals undergoing dialysis treatment. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring patient vital signs, assisting with dialysis treatments, and documenting patient information.Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with dialysis treatments.
- Documentation: Accurately document patient information, treatment parameters, and any significant changes in patient condition.
- Emergency Response: Respond to emergency situations, including initiating CPR and other life-saving measures.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, physicians, and other technicians.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Experience: Previous patient care experience preferred, but not required.
- Certification: Successful completion of a hemodialysis training course and CPR certification.
