Job Title: Patient Care Technician Location: Logansport, IN Duration: 3 months Work Type: Onsite About the Role As a Patient Care Technician, you will provide direct, patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse. Your responsibilities include:

• Patient Care: Delivering direct patient care to assigned patients.
• Documentation: Accurately documenting patient treatment information.
• Nurse Assistance: Assisting licensed nurses with pre and post-dialysis assessments and documentation.
• Parameter Monitoring: Monitoring and documenting dialysis treatment parameters.
• Emergency Response: Reporting significant patient changes to supervisors and responding to emergency situations.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Successful completion of hemodialysis theory and practice training
• Current CPR certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous patient care experience in a hospital or related facility
• Education in physical sciences or laboratory techniques
