At CarePartners, we are dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. We are seeking a passionate Patient Care Technician committed to delivering exceptional support as part of our caring team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing nursing care plans by providing both direct and indirect patient care under the guidance of licensed nursing staff.
  • Collect and record initial and ongoing patient data, including vital signs and other relevant information.
  • Support patient mobility through safe handling, transferring, and ambulating, ensuring comfort and safety.
  • Assist in collecting specimens needed for diagnostic tests in a timely manner.
  • Help patients with daily activities, including bathing, grooming, and meals.
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized patient care environment.
  • Participate in evidence-based practices that improve patient experience, such as Safety Rounding and Effective Communication techniques.

What You Need:

  • High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
  • CNA Training Program is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an acute care setting is preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience at an HCA facility is required.
