Patient Center Supervisor (Part-time)

This is an entry-level position and is a great way to gain skills to start a career in the criminal justice, medical, addiction services, law enforcement, or emergency services field and a great opportunity for you as you will be working with those struggling with addiction.

Averhealth is currently looking for a Patient Center Supervisor to oversee our testing location within Summit County, OH.?This position is part-time working between 20-29 hours per week.

Starting Pay: $21 per hour + $75/biweekly if you have perfect attendance to every scheduled shift

This person MUST be available 7 days per week, but only working 3-4 rotating days Monday-Friday between 8:00am - 4:00pm. Some weekends and holidays as well.

You'll receive your schedule approximately a month in advance so you'll know what days you're specifically working.

Our Patient Center Supervisors are responsible for supervising the daily operations of our Drug Testing locations as well as facilitating observed urine specimen collection of patients and for conducting breath alcohol testing in a quality customer service-centered manner.?Our Patient Center Supervisors provide leadership and management to ensure that the mission and core values of Averhealth are put into practice within the collection locations. They will build and maintain relationships with existing clients to include judges, probation departments, and other judicial officials. They will proactively identify, address, and resolve any issue at collection locations or with clients. They will effectively manage site through clear, direct and respectful communication!

Physical and Sensory Requirements:

Mobility, walking, climbing, sitting, standing, reaching, bending, lifting (minimum of 10 lbs), carrying, pushing, pulling, fine eye-hand coordination, ability to read, write, listen and speak clearly, the ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions and directions, ability to drive a vehicle and travel, and ability to remain calm under pressure. Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to use computer, monitor, cell phone, mouse and keyboard extensively as well as other general office equipment.
