Job Description: UPMC Rx Partners is looking for a flex full time Patient Delivery Rep to join their dedicated team in Seneca, PA.\n You will coordinate and deliver products in an accurate, courteous, and timely manner. Apply today!Responsibilities:\n\nObtain patients signature on specific forms.\nOrganize and file pharmacy documentation as required.\nHandle customer complaints in a fair and empathetic manner.\nCooperate and coordinate with other staff to ensure efficient deliveries.\nMeet expectations for customer satisfaction and anticipates customer needs.\nDeliver pharmaceuticals, supplies, and equipment in timely, safe and accountable manner.\nPromote UPMC culture by providing quality, comprehensive services to all customers through a team approach.\nComplete daily log in a timely manner.\nAssist in preparing packing lists/delivery tickets.\nAccept assignments willingly.\nEnsure that completed packing list/delivery tickets are forwarded to reimbursement.\nAssist in preparing orders for delivery.\nPerform various duties, such as shipping, receiving, and general warehouse cleaning.\nCooperate with other staff members when planning and organizing operations services.\nObserve all company safety rules and regulations.\nWork effectively and maintain productivity.\nMaintain assigned vehicle in a clean and orderly condition; inform Manager of Pharmacy of mechanical problems.\nPick up sharps containers and dispose of biohazards wastes properly.\nPick up excess supplies and/or equipment when patient is off service. Process returned supplies and/or equipment according to policy.\nMaintain accurate and complete records in compliance with State, local, and Federal laws and/or regulations (including FDA, DOT,OSHA,etc.)\nMaintain confidentiality of patient information.\nDocument directions to patients home and files accordingly.\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:\nDriver's License\n\n UPMC is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veteran
