What you will be doing:

• Working with patients to assist them through the financial process
• Assist with Medicare and Medicaid questions
• Help create and set up payment plans
• Explain out of pocket cost, insurance coverage, etc.
• Answering general questions related to payment/financial process

What you need:

• 1+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
• Customer service experience preferred
• Patience, positive attitude, and empathy
• EPIC experience preferred
• Medicare or Medicaid experience preferred
