PATIENT INTAKE COORDINATOR JOB SUMMARY:If you are passionate about cannabis and want to work alongside great talent and contribute to a growing industry, we are interested in hearing from you.Pure Dakota Health is a locally owned and operated medical cannabis dispensary. As we expand our footprint throughout the state of North Dakota, we are currently accepting applications for a full-time Patient Intake Coordinator at our Fargo dispensary. We are seeking a full-time day maker who has a bubbly personality, integrity, dependability, and strives to exceed customer service expectations. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Greet patients upon arrival and guide patients through the process of getting checked in.Ensure all patient/visitor check in procedures are followed and in compliance.Verification of valid state identification and any other corresponding relevant documents needed to be compliant.Maintains the smooth flow of customers by communicating with dispensing agents and keeping awareness of wait times.Accurate and timely data entry of patient/caregiver profiles.Answer phone and operate computer system accurately.Retrieve and maintain patient files.Facilitate new patient and patient renewal processes.Welcomes on-site visitors, determines the nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel. Monitor visitor access and issue badges when required.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Exceptional customer service skillsAbility to engage effectively with a diverse customer baseAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, to manage high stress situations, and to be flexible and adaptable when a situation requires it. Strong attention to detailMinimum of High School diploma and two years of office related experienceComputer skills requiredMust be 21 years of ageAble to work evenings and SaturdaysRegular, dependable attendance and punctuality are requiredClean, professional appearance and hygieneApplicants must be a minimum of 21 years old. Must be able to pass an extensive state-mandated background check, no felonies allowed. Clean driving record required.
