To provide observation and surveillance of assigned patients. To monitor patients by use of video monitors. To communicate and/or instruct patients by use of 2-way audiovisual device. To notify clinical staff of any changes in patient condition and/or safety risk level. To complete documentation of observations of patient activities, patient behaviors and other safety & comfort related issues. High School diploma or equivalent required.
