Job Description :
Shift: 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM (with flexibility to cover 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM as needed) Do you enjoy a dynamic work environment and able to deliver customer service with empathy? LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dedicated and reliable Patient Registration Representative for a 3 month contract position with the possibility to extend. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth and efficient patient registration processes in an Emergency Department (ED) setting, with occasional floating to other registration areas as needed. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and accurately collect patient information.
  • Obtain signatures, scan documents, and manage patient financial responsibilities.
  • Follow downtime procedures and proactively manage tasks.
  • Enhance patient experiences and contribute to positive Press Ganey/HCAHPS scores.
  • Process pre-registrations, answer phones, and verify insurance information.
  • Work well within a team and maintain open communication with co-workers.
  • Identify and estimate patient financial liability and manage collections.
  • Consistently meet or exceed Quality Review scores.
Job Requirements:
  • At least 6-12 months of customer service experience.
  • Medi-Tech experience is preferred but not required.
  • High School Diploma.
Note: Candidates must be able to work the regular hours of 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM with flexibility to cover the 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM shift as needed.
