As they continue to expand, they are seeking Patient Registration Specialists to support their growing patient base and ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Job Description: The Patient Registration Specialist will be responsible for coordinating the intake process for new patients, ensuring accurate documentation, and assisting with insurance verification. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for new patients, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Collaborate with referral sources, sales teams, and clinical staff to facilitate patient discharges and home infusion services.
• Verify insurance details and assist patients with payment processing and financial assistance options.
• Manage documentation for referrals and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Follow up on missing paperwork and assist with claim resolution.
• Support special projects as needed under the guidance of the Patient Registration Supervisor.

Qualifications:

• 6+ months of experience in patient registration, scheduling, or healthcare intake.
• Familiarity with insurance verification and medical billing processes.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• A reliable and enthusiastic work ethic with a proactive mindset.

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST
• Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
• Onsite Role: Located in Sun Valley, CA
• Interview Process: Virtual panel interview with hiring managers
• Assessment: Wonderlic cognitive assessment (score of 40+ required)
• Background Check & Drug Screening Required
