Licensure/Certification/Registration/ETC. Basic Life Support *(BLS) training or re-training is required during orientation prior to providing patient care. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) is required to be maintained through re-training for duration of employment. Certified Nursing Assistant preferred. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent GED.

Compensation

• $11.29-$18.45/hr based on previous work experience.
