An award-winning acute care hospital located in central Vermont is now searching for an experienced Patient Satisfaction Specialist to join their accredited healthcare team.

Reporting to the Director Quality, the Patient Satisfaction Specialist identifies areas of improvement by interacting with patients and families, consistent observation, and data management. Responsibilities include collaborating with healthcare staff internally, educating staff on patient experience data, develops programs and services to improve patient and family experiences, offers training and coaching, works to enhance patient flow and experience, manages patient satisfaction surveys, and participates in various committees and meetings.
