Description Patient Scheduler - Cancer Center Admin in St. Mary Medical Center The Scheduling Coordinator's primary and secondary functions include: scheduling for patients, physicians and ancillary departments; departmental communications; greet patients; answer telephones, relaying messages and transferring calls to appropriate staff; collect statistics; maintain and organize departmental files, research and gather new patient records; collect and maintain accurate demographic and insurance billing information on patients resulting in timely reimbursement, daily schedule preparation, prepare and process Release of Information requests.
