Job Description :

This is a part time (24 hours/week) working flexible weekdays on day shift.

Provide care in a manner that assures participant satisfaction and retention. This position is responsible for scheduling all Home Care staff and/or contracted providers as directed by the Home Care Supervisor and Housing Coordinator. This position maintains participant health information according to established policies and procedures. Also provides clerical support that includes filing, and general clerical functions. The Home Care Scheduler utilizes his/her judgment in accordance with agency policies.

Required qualifications:

* Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.

* 2 years of progressive administrative experience, preferably in a health or social service setting.

Preferred qualifications:

* Associate's Degree in Business or healthcare field
