Monday-Friday (8:30 am - 5:00 pm)Competitive Pay - $18.00 an hourExpedited Interviews - Access to additional Resume support and pre-interview questionsGreat Benefits - Take advantage of a Blue Cross Blue Shield benefits package (Dental, vision, 401k)Top Local Company - Join one of the largest employers and offices within the state of Georgia.A day in the role...+ Main duties include scheduling patients based on inbound calls into the Urology based facility.+ T hey use an appointment scheduling software called Dash which overlays their EMR (NexGen) to help with scheduling.+ Team Leads handle most of the rescheduling.+ Handling inbound calls 95% of the time - answering inquiries or transferring due to the mainline having limited prompts & about 30% of the calls are scheduling.+ Handling outbound calls 5% of the time for follow up with patients.+ Assisting with the routed calls from 31 offices across 5 different regions in GeorgiaNecessary Skills and Strengths:Customer Service | Medical Terminology | EMR/EHR Systems | Patient Scheduling Experience | Inbound Calls | Medical Terminology | Insurance Verifications and Authorizations | Multi-Tasking | Health CSRCore Experience:+ Customer Service+ Call Center (3+ months)+ Medical Experience+ Insurance Payer KnowledgePay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
