Patient Service Representative Cortland Urgent Care

The PSR is the first point of contact for patients and assists them with registration processes. Responsibilities include patient interviews, collecting and verifying demographic, insurance and financial data, and accurately entering information into computer. Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, accurate typing skills, knowledge of office procedures, and ability to work independently required.
