K. S. A.'s:High school diploma; some college preferred. A minimum of 3 years of experience in day-to-day function of physician office practice, including knowledge of insurance coverages, and problem solving skills. 4 years preferred. Must possess excellent communication, leadership and organization skills. Ability to routinely make daily operation decisions, ability to translate concepts into actions and demonstrate sound judgment and reasoning skills. Demonstrates customer sensitivity, initiative, and good judgment and sets high goals and standards of performance for self and the organization. Experience with Epic or other medical management software. Must be willing to drive to satellite locations on a regular basis as applicable. Job Duties:Performs all tasks of the Patient Service Representative II role including pre-registration as well as full registration. Ability to work all ambulatory areas within their scope.
