Job Title: Service RepresentativeJob DescriptionAssist with daily reception activities and ensure that all processes needed for patient services are initiated. Communicate effectively with team members and patients on all aspects of service. Responsible for telephone and mail contact with patients. Schedule appointments, collect fees, and explain services and charges for patient services. Distribute materials to patients, including patient satisfaction cards, patient rights, and other appropriate materials. Verify all insurance and set fees based on the sliding scale fee.Hard SkillsHigh School Diploma or GED1 year front desk or CSR healthcare experience is a plusBilingual Spanish is a plusComputer skillsEMR experience is a plusJob TypeThis is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Brentwood, New York.Work EnvironmentCandidates will get paid on a 35-hour work week. 7 hours paid and 1 hour unpaid lunch. Candidates are required to work 1-2 late nights a week and 1 Saturday a month if the site is open on Saturdays.
